Inner Healing
Inner healing focuses on emotional and spiritual wounds that affect a person's soul (mind, will, and emotions). It involves the process of allowing Jesus to heal past hurts and unresolved pain. The goal is to restore wholeness by addressing the roots of emotional wounds and negative patterns of thinking.
Deliverance
Deliverance, on the other hand, focuses on freeing a person from demonic oppression, bondage, or influence. It involves casting out evil spirits and breaking demonic strongholds that have gained access to a person's life, usually through sin, generational curses, or open spiritual doors.
Spiritual Attacks
HHN Ministry believes that Christians can experience demonic oppression, though not possession, since believers are indwelt by the Holy Spirit and belong to Christ. Demonic oppression refers to external attacks or influences that aim to hinder or torment a believer, often through temptation, deception, discouragement, or physical affliction. These attacks may come when believers open "doorways" to the enemy through sin, unforgiveness, spiritual negligence etc.
About HHN Ministry
Celia Ferris-Stocker, President and founder of HHN Ministry holds an RN-BSN degree from Herzing University and is a licensed registered nurse in Florida and 38 other compact nursing states. Celia is not the typical healthcare professional. She has been dedicated to holistic health and wellness for nearly 4 decades, diving into the arenas of nutrition, fitness, supplementation and consulting with naturopathic and functional medicine doctors.
Early in her career she discovered the need to address her client’s spiritual needs as well as their mind and body. After working in psychiatric nursing in Wisconsin, Celia moved to Indialantic where she established Hope and Healing Nurse and HHN Ministry. Soon afterwards she became a Healing Rooms International minister and nurse trauma coach for Life Recaptured, integrating her work as a nurse with the spiritual gifts of intercessions, discernment of spirits and healing ministry.
She is a member of the following professional nursing organizations: American Nurses Association, Florida Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International honor society of nursing, a member of the ABWA Oceanside Charter Chapter and a proud partner of Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Celia and her husband Steven were married in 2022, and together they serve on a prayer team at their local church and host couple's and men's bible studies in their home. In their free time they enjoy seeking the Lord in all things, being active in their community, taking long walks on the beach, kayaking the Indian River, and biking around the Island.
They currently reside in Indialantic, Florida and together have 6 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
